Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, life science, pharmaceutics or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience coordinating technical activities in product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment.
• Ability to turn input from several disciplines into a structured plan people can execute.
• Thrive in a central role with multiple stakeholder interactions.
• Understand manufacturing flows and how product design, materials, processes, and documentation connect.
• Work confidently with requirements, dependencies, risks, traceability, and shifting priorities.
• Communicate clearly across functions and professional disciplines.
• Take a proactive, practical, accountable approach to commitments and deadlines.
• Are comfortable working in English in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex prototype activities from early project planning through final samples the project needs.
• Establish and maintain project-level prototype traceability, including references to manufacturing documentation.
• Build and maintain an overview of prototype purpose, quantities, variants, maturity, timing, and manufacturing flow.
• Align prototype requesters with internal or external manufacturers.
• Challenge unclear, conflicting, or incomplete requirements before they cause delays.
• Coordinate dependencies across components, prototype versions, manufacturing processes, sites, and project activities.
• Keep prototype status, decisions, risks, and open actions visible to everyone who needs them.
• Spot planning, capacity, documentation, and delivery risks early, and work with the right people to fix them.
• Help improve processes, templates, and working methods for prototype management.
