Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark, is seeking a driven project professional to support the Annual Report process. You will work with a senior project lead, coordinating inputs from ESG, Financial Accounting, Investor Relations, writers, designers and digital partners to ensure a high-impact narrative.

You will develop your project management skills, gain executive visibility, and help manage agencies and risks while preserving quality and storytelling across the corporate narrative.

Responsibilities

• Support the project lead across the full Annual Report cycle, from kick-off through final approval and publication.

• Coordinate input from ESG, Financial Accounting, Investor Relations, writers, designers and digital reporting partners.
• Prepare concise meeting materials, status updates and decision points for senior stakeholders, including the CEO.
• Help manage agencies and vendors, protect quality and consistency, and flag risks early.
• In the off-season, join projects that strengthen Enterprise Comms reach and impact.

Your new role

This is a development opportunity with significant executive visibility. Working alongside an experienced project lead, you will be onboarded into the Annual Report process and trusted with increasing responsibility as you build your project management skills, stakeholder confidence and understanding of Novo Nordisk's corporate narrative.

• Support the project lead across the full Annual Report cycle, from kick-off through final approval and publication
• Keep the plan moving: track actions and dependencies, and make sure stakeholders know what is expected, when and why
• Coordinate input from subject matter experts, ESG and Financial Accounting, Investor Relations, internal and external writers, designers and digital reporting partners
• Prepare crisp meeting materials, status updates and decision points for senior stakeholders, including the CEO — building confidence in communicating with leaders at the highest level
• Help manage agencies and vendors, protect quality and consistency, and flag risks early so the team can resolve them quickly
• In the 'off-season', join projects that strengthen and optimise the reach and impact of Enterprise Comms across Novo Nordisk.

• A proven track record of delivering projects, coordinating stakeholders and keeping complex work moving — ideally in communication, journalism, marketing or a related field
• A structured and reliable way of working: you create overview, follow through on actions and keep deadlines visible
• Clear, concise communication skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex input into practical next steps and decision-ready material
• Comfort working in a supporting project role alongside the project lead, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• A proactive, analytical and calm-under-pressure mindset, with a genuine interest in storytelling and how internal and external corporate narratives connect.

Salary:

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 (annual) to 838,100 (annual) DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits:

The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
