Dalux in Copenhagen is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of BIM and make building information accessible for construction professionals. You will own the product roadmap and collaborate with Design and Development to deliver intuitive BIM experiences.

You will work across BIM visualization, UI/UX, and agile teams to turn complex capabilities into easy-to-use tools. The role offers strong growth in a global Contech company with a focus on innovation, teamwork, and professional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience from discovery to delivery.
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Understand BIM workflows and how building models and their data are used across design, construction, and operations.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work with designers to evaluate interaction flows and validate solutions.
• Working knowledge of computer graphics concepts such as 3D geometry, rendering, and model interaction.
• Experience in agile development environments and prioritizing based on user insights.

Responsabilités

• Product Discovery: Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Customer Insights: Work closely with users to understand their BIM workflows, uncover pain points, and translate feedback into meaningful product improvements.
• User Experience: Collaborate with Product Design to make complex BIM interactions intuitive, from navigating 3D models to understanding building information.
• BIM and Visualization: Work with engineers on model visualization and interaction, balancing visual quality, responsiveness, and performance for large models.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to deliver cohesive experiences across Dalux products.
• Feature Ownership: Lead new features from discovery and definition through development, delivery, and validation with users.
• Product Strategy: Help define the direction of BIM at Dalux, identifying opportunities and deciding where to invest to deliver the greatest value.
