Job summary

Spirii is seeking a Product Manager to own charge point management for public CPOs on the Spirii platform. You will shape the vision, own the end-to-end delivery across connectivity, protocols, monitoring and device capabilities, and collaborate with engineering, design and commercial teams.

You will build business cases tied to ARR, gross margin and retention, run discovery with customers, and track product metrics in a data-driven culture. English fluency is required; Danish is not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in EV charging, energy, IoT or B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product end-to-end across multiple teams with measurable results.
• OCPP experience is a strong plus.
• Experience building business cases and pricing with commercial teams.
• Ability to influence across functions with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for charge point management for Public CPOs.
• Lead discovery with customers, design and engineering using evidence.
• Build business cases tied to ARR, gross margin and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations on pricing and go-to-market.
• Create clear strategy docs, PRDs and customer communications.
• Share knowledge with other PMs and mentor peers.
