Job summary

Continia is seeking a Product Manager to own Continia Document Output and drive AR automation forward. You will lead a small team, stay close to customers and partners, and shape a roadmap that enhances invoice delivery, dunning, and payment follow-up within the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.

You’ll translate AI and LM capabilities into practical features, ensure quality, and align with Microsoft Copilot directions.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for ERP software.
• Knowledge of Business Central is a significant advantage.
• Ability to lead a small product team and manage roadmaps.
• Structured, curious mindset focused on customer outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI in workflows and automation.
• Awareness of BC and Copilot ecosystem.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product team of 3–4 people and own the Document Output AR roadmap.
• Own a roadmap expanding AR capabilities across end-to-end receivables.
• Champion a streamlined UX with contextual guidance.
• Align with Microsoft's Copilot and Business Central direction.
• Translate AI capabilities into production-ready features.
• Own daily backlog and communicate context to engineers.
• Engage with customers, partners, and resellers to validate features.
• Ensure product quality through testing and validation before release.
