We\'re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Tech team based at our HQ in Vejle and take ownership of one of the most important parts of the customer journey: how vehicles are created, prepared, and managed before entering the trade-in flow.

About the role

As Product Manager for Vehicle Creation & Trade-In Experience, you\'ll own the product vision and roadmap for the very beginning of the seller journey. Your mission is to make vehicle creation simple, intuitive, and connected while ensuring sellers have the right information and tools to confidently move through the trade-in process.

You\'ll work as part of a cross-functional product squad alongside engineers and designers, collaborating closely with commercial and operational stakeholders across the business. Together, you\'ll solve real customer problems and build products that make everyday work easier for thousands of automotive professionals across Europe.

What you\'ll be doing

• Own the product roadmap for Vehicle Creation & Trade-In Experience.
• Translate customer needs, business goals, and data into clear product priorities.
• Drive discovery, prioritisation, and delivery together with your product squad.
• Improve customer journeys by simplifying complex workflows and reducing friction.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact product improvements.
• Use customer insights, user feedback, and data to continuously optimise the seller experience.
• Ensure your product area contributes to a seamless and connected end-to-end customer journey.

What we\'re looking for

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a technology-driven company.
• Experience building digital products, customer journeys, or operational platforms.
• A strong understanding of agile product development and modern software delivery.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities where AI can simplify workflows, improve decision-making, or create better customer experiences.
• Ability to work with engineering teams to define AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience from SaaS, marketplaces, or automotive technology.
• Experience working with workflow optimisation or operational platforms.
• Familiarity with product discovery techniques and user research.
