Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to design viable solutions, coordinate projects, and monitor adoption, with a focus on value creation across a global, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience within procurement, supplier management, partnerships, consulting, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience working with contracts, suppliers, or cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across different levels of an organization.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Support the design and development of procurement solutions delivered through strategic partnerships.
• Project Coordination & Implementation: Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Build relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and consortium members.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and support performance monitoring and optimization.
