Job summary

NNE is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement and contract management for large pharma projects. You will secure strong supplier agreements and support project execution from tendering to final negotiations, ensuring value is realised across complex packages.

The role is primarily on-site in Denmark with five years of relevant experience, fluent Danish and English, and the ability to collaborate with project teams and construction sites to deliver milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience within procurement or contract management.
• Educational background in supply chain, business, law, engineering, or similar.
• Experience in project-based environments, ideally within construction or engineering.
• Experience working with contractors on-site and familiarity with AB18.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Commercially responsible for defined project packages typically ranging from DKK 10 million to several hundred million
• Planning and conducting tenders, including supplier dialogue and evaluation
• Leading negotiations and contract finalisation with Danish and international suppliers
• Managing contracts throughout execution to ensure progress, compliance and successful delivery
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams and construction sites
