Job summary

Gubra A/S is building a new, enterprise‑wide Procurement function to streamline purchasing across the organisation and strengthen supplier relationships. Reporting to the CFO, you will define the operating model, priorities, processes, and performance, balancing cost, risk, service, quality and sustainability while leading a team as the function develops.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Quality and ESG to align priorities, resolve complex issues, and ensure effective implementation

Qualifications

• Proven track record in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management and in building a procurement function.
• Strong negotiation skills and solid contract understanding with supplier relationships.
• Experience using spend, inventory, and supplier data to set priorities and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear, cost-efficient procurement approach including processes, responsibilities and decision-making principles.
• Lead commercial negotiations and establish strong supplier agreements.
• Create spend visibility and connect procurement with budgeting, forecasting and financial processes.
• Establish KPIs to demonstrate Procurement's contribution across cost, risk, service, quality and sustainability.
