Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Preservation/restoration experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of building codes and historical preservation guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on historic buildings and structures.
• Develop preservation plans and strategies.
• Assess the condition of historic buildings and identify necessary repairs or restoration work.
