The University of Copenhagen is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scientist to join the LEO Foundation Skin Immunology Research Centre, Department of Immunology and Microbiology. The project focuses on CD4 T cell responses in allergic disease using mouse models and human samples.

The successful candidate will conduct advanced immunology experiments, study T helper cell differentiation, and develop new peptide screening tools, working within an international collaboration network.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or related field required.
• Must have extensive experience in mouse models of allergy and tissue analysis.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out sophisticated wet-lab experiments and analyze mouse/human tissue samples.
• Map clonality of CD4 T cells and identify patterns in repertoire usage.
• Develop peptide screening platforms and tetramer reagents for T cell detection.
• Perform data analysis and present findings at group and international meetings.
