Qualifications

• PhD in microbial ecology, evolution, microbiology or closely related area.
• Record of publications in peer‑reviewed journals in microbiome science.
• Strong background in genomic/metagenomic analysis of microbial communities.
• Experience in microbial or molecular bench work / -omics technologies.
• Experience in conducting field-based research.
• Experience working in teams and/or supervising at university level.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
