Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct soil molecular analysis and metagenomics across field experiments
  • Evaluate microbially mediated regulation of soil carbon fractions
  • Develop models for growth of key soil microbial communities related to nitrogen transformations
  • Collaborate with long-term field experiments including straw retention studies
