Qualifications

PhD in ecology, Earth system science, geography, biology or similar.
Experience with geospatial analyses of remote sensing and ecological data.
Proficiency in programming (R, Python or similar).
Knowledge of land cover change and multi-scale remote sensing.

Responsibilities

Analyze satellite time series to understand ecosystem responses to environmental stressors and disturbances.
Develop satellite-based indicators of ecosystem resilience across land-use types.
Combine multiple remote sensing techniques across scales (Sentinel-2, Landsat, Sentinel-1).
Collaborate within Land-CRAFT and ECOINF, and engage with interdisciplinary teams.
