Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent qualifications in organizations, society, and sustainability.
• Internationally oriented research profile in organization studies, sustainability, or related social sciences.
• Experience in self-directed management of research projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advantage if publications, teaching experience, and international research networks.
• Time spent abroad at internationally recognised institutions.
• Provide a research proposal for the Jordfast project (max. three pages).
• Upload publications (maximum two) with the application.

• Conduct independent fieldwork and data collections.
