Job summary

Aarhus University’s Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics invites applications for a 2-year postdoctoral position focused on RNA function and gene regulation. The project investigates how RNA regulates metabolic pathways using RNA biology, protein interactions and epigenetics, with scope for independent and collaborative work with international partners.

The successful candidate will hold a PhD in a relevant area, have experience with RNA and high-throughput methods, a strong publication

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a PhD degree in a relevant area and expertise with working with RNA and high through-put methods.
• Applicant should have a high-quality publication record and excellent language (English) skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with RNA, protein interactions and epigenetics using several methods.
• Focus on linking RNA, metabolism and epigenetics, with opportunities to shape the project.
• Collaborate with researchers at the institute and internationally.
