Job summary

Copenhagen Business School invites applications for two vacant 3-year Postdoc positions in Leadership Studies, based on governance, organising and management.

The positions are connected to CBS Executive Education’s Talent Programme (ETP) and carry teaching and research obligations. Expected starting date is 15 February 2027. Applicants must hold a PhD and demonstrate proficiency in Danish and English, with a record of external engagement and potential for developmental collaborations.

Qualifications

• PhD or the equivalent.
• Strong research potential in leadership studies in a Nordic context.
• Experience with executive education and external engagement.
• Interest in developing new educational formats and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Engage in research and teaching as part of the postdoc role.
• Be physically present regularly to participate in departmental activities.
• Contribute to development of executive education offerings.
• Collaborate with CBS Executive Education and external partners.
