Job summary

Aalborg University’s Faculty of Medicine, Department of Health Science and Technology, invites applications for a three-year postdoctoral position starting January 1, 2027, in digital education and empowerment for patients with atrial fibrillation and comorbidities.

You will coordinate co-design processes, prototype and program development, conduct feasibility testing, analyze data, and disseminate findings while collaborating with hospitals, GPs, municipalities, and an international research

Qualifications

• A master’s degree and a Phd in health sciences, physiotherapy, nursing, sociology, psychology, or social sciences
• An interest in co-design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and digital technologies
• Well-developed skills in conducting research, analyzing data and disseminating results
• Collaborative competencies to work in an interdisciplinary context
• A demonstrated track record of securing research funding
• Language skills in Danish and English (oral and written)
• Access to a car

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and contribute to co-design processes, prototype and program development
• Conduct feasibility tests and evaluate the effectiveness of the AF-EMPOWER application
• Data collection, analysis, and dissemination of research findings
