Job summary

DTU Compute – Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) invites applications for a fully funded two-year postdoctoral position in cyber-deception and adaptive cyber defense. You will conduct independent, high-quality research in collaboration with international partners and disseminate results at top venues.

The role is part of the PSYFIND project and requires a PhD in CS/cybersecurity with a strong publication record.

Qualifications

• PhD in computer science, cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and empirical/experimental research.
• Publication record in top-tier venues expected (IEEE S&P, Usenix Security, CCS, NDSS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Advance research in cyber-deception and adaptive cyber defense.
• Conduct independent research while collaborating with DTU and international partners.
• Design and implement experimental cyber-deception systems and methods.
• Disseminate results at leading cybersecurity conferences and journals.
• Co-supervise MSc thesis projects related to the research.
