This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of 1,600 USD per month, with negotiation based on experience. Key responsibilities include measuring and mixing plaster, applying materials with hand tools or spray equipment, and ensuring a clean, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience as plasterer preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of plastering techniques and materials.
• Physical stamina to work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix plaster ingredients according to ratios.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or surfaces using tools or spray equipment.
• Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even coat.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming.
• Repair cracks or holes in plasterwork.
• Follow safety precautions and keep work area clean.
