Job summary

DTU Health Tech’s Isoform Analysis group at DTU invites applications for a PhD student in bioinformatics focusing on isoform-level omics analysis, combining method development and applied work.

You will join a collaborative team, receive strong support, access HPC resources, and work on datasets integrating transcriptomics and proteomics. The position is a 3-year scholarship with enrolment in DTU's PhD programme, starting Jan 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Two-year master’s degree in bioinformatics or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in R and Python and publication experience.
• Experience with isoform analysis using transcriptomics and proteomics data.
• Familiarity with reproducible research and HPC environments.
