Copenhagen Business School invites applications for a PhD scholarship within AI Regulation and Risk at the Department of Business Humanities and Law. The project concentrates on risk-based AI regulation and related digital regulation, with expected start on 1 February 2027 and full-time employment under the Danish collective agreement.

The role includes teaching obligations amounting to 416 work hours, and salary remains fully salaried under CBS terms, with monthly pay in the Danish system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (3+2 Bologna) in law, regulation or related disciplines.
• Master's degree with strong academic English writing/speaking ability.
• High grades (top 40% acceptable if GPA not met).

Responsibilities

• PhD scholarship with three-year duration including teaching obligations (416 hours).
• Contribute to research and supervision activities within CBS’s Dean of Law and Regulation scope.
