• Willingness to travel for a 2-3 month research stay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct genome-resolved metagenomics and metatranscriptomics analyses.
• Carry out sampling and integrate results with soil process data.
• Collaborate within the Center for Microbial Communities and ActiveSOIL network.
