Job summary

Aalborg University invites applications for a PhD stipend in the AI:X Collaborate Lab within the Department of Architecture, Design and Media Technology. The role focuses on co-designing AI-powered collaborative learning tools and evaluating their effectiveness in group settings.

The candidate will work on front- and back-end development, must have a strong programming background, and be able to collaborate across disciplines, including data collection in Danish.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Enrollment as PhD student at the Technical Doctoral School of IT and Design is required.
• PhD stipend is normally for 3 years.
• Experience with teaching or other forms of knowledge dissemination is expected.

Responsibilities

• Investigate how technical AI systems can support collaborative learning.
• Co-design, develop, and evaluate multi-user GenAI platforms for collaborative knowledge building.
