Job summary

AdminBridge seeks a motivated Personal Trainer in Herning to create personalized fitness programs and provide one-on-one sessions for clients of all levels. This full-time role includes accommodation and a competitive salary, with visa and ticket support for candidates outside Denmark.

You will conduct initial assessments, design tailored workouts, and guide clients toward their goals while maintaining safety and motivation. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer.
• Knowledge of exercise science principles and ability to create effective workout plans for clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Proven track record of helping clients reach their fitness goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments with new clients to determine their current fitness level, goals and limitations.
• Design personalized workout plans based on individual goals, abilities and preferences.
• Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury.
• Offer support, motivation and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Monitor progress of clients and adjust workout plans as needed.
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a clean and organized training area at all times.
