Job summary

Urban Partners is seeking a Data Analyst to advance People Analytics and data strategy. You will work on a modern analytics stack, including a Python semantic library and Microsoft Fabric, to support workforce reporting, remuneration, and governance across 8 countries from our Copenhagen HQ.

The role blends data engineering with business insight in a dynamic, international team. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensure GDPR compliance, and help scale the analytics layer with

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and problem solving in data analytics.
• Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for code exploration and debugging.
• Ability to present insights with clear visuals.
• Experience with remuneration or broader HR data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key parts of the Reward cycle, including salary review and pay transparency reporting (2027).
• Support the data agenda for People & Culture with your People Lead.
• Monitor data quality and investigate inconsistencies before reporting.
