Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Aalborg is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Radio Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing radio equipment, ensuring that it is functioning correctly and meeting all necessary safety standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect test and repair radio equipment such as transmitters receivers antennas and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on radio equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in the field of radio technology
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding any technical issues or concerns
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with radio equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required technical degree or certificate in electronics preferred
• Prior experience working as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of radio technology principles
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues

Salary $1300 per month based on part-time hours
