Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.

• Physical stamina for standing, bending and lifting for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them.

• Apply plaster onto surfaces using hand tools or machinery.
• Smooth and shape plaster using tools such as trowels and brushes.
• Create decorative textures or patterns in the plaster as needed.
