Part-Time Moderator

Location: Horsens, Denmark

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all content posted is appropriate and in line with our company's policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online communities and forums for inappropriate or offensive content
• Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Enforce community guidelines and policies
• Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and safe online environment
• Identify patterns of behavior or issues within the community and report them to the appropriate department
• Help develop strategies for community growth and engagement
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a moderator or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics professionally
• Experience with content management systems is a plus

Salary

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
