Job summary

AGC Biologics in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a student assistant to support analytical workflows in our chemicals and biotech projects. Your weekly commitment is 8 hours, typically one full working day, with some flexibility during exams.

You will prepare buffers and eluents, handle analytical samples, ensure reagents are ready, and assist the team with laboratory tasks. You must be enrolled in a relevant program and possess strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Is enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g. Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar).
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Has good written and spoken English skills.
• Works in a structured, accurate, and methodical manner.
• Is proactive, flexible, and solution oriented.
• Is comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
• Has some familiarity with laboratory equipment such as analytical balances and pH meters.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of buffers and eluents.
• Preparation of analytical samples (e.g. desalting and concentration).
• Ensuring reagents and buffers are prepared and available for analytical work.
• Supporting the team with laboratory-related tasks.
