Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Denmark is seeking a part-time Self-Serve Warehouse team member to assist customers, maintain a tidy warehouse, and support restocking. The role offers 8–15 hours per week with shifts scheduled around store hours, including some closing shifts and weekends.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, can work independently, and communicates fluently in Danish or English. Prior experience in customer service or logistics is welcome. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics.
• Physically active role with routine tasks while helping customers in a busy environment.
• Able to communicate fluently in Danish or English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the warehouse so it is presentable and easy for customers to navigate.
• Return returned items to their correct locations.
• Prepare sales locations so that the Logistics team can restock products overnight.
• Contribute to shared goals and take ownership of your areas of responsibility within the department.
• Collaborate with other functions and departments throughout the store.
• Be part of a team that works hard while having fun.
