Job summary

BuySphere Retail Staffing is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to join our Esbjerg team. You will support individuals with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help maintain dignity and safety in their homes.

This flexible role offers pro-rated pay, potential visa sponsorship if needed, and growth opportunities within the company. Fluency in Danish or English is required, and you must be legally authorized to work in Denmark.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as caregiver preferred but not required.
• Empathetic and able to handle sensitive situations.
• Strong time-management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication; fluent in Danish or English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the individual’s doctor.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
• Monitor condition and report changes or concerns to family or healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

We are in need of a compassionate and responsible Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Esbjerg Denmark. As a caregiver you will be responsible for providing personalized care to individuals who are unable to fully care for themselves due to age, illness or disability. This is a part-time position with flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Administer medication as prescribed by the individual's doctor
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
• Monitor the individual's condition and report any changes or concerns to the family or healthcare team
• Provide companionship and emotional support to the individual

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred but not required
• Must have a caring nature and be able to handle sensitive situations with empathy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Danish or English if non-native
• Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark
