Job summary

NOV is seeking a proactive HSE Technician for our Flexibles team in Kalundborg, Denmark. The role involves supporting HSE practices on the shop floor, ensuring compliance with HSE policies, and training employees on safety risks.

With a focus on maintaining relationships with operational teams, the technician will facilitate incident prevention and support continuous improvements within HSE processes. This role requires 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience and Danish language skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience in conducting HSE inspections and supporting incident investigations.
• Ability to work onsite without relocation or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company HSE policies are met through communication with shop floor.
• Promote incident prevention for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate and maintain internal HSE processes daily.
• Educate and train employees in HSE risks.
• Report on performance of HSE processes.
