Job summary

Gram Equipment A/S in Kolding invites motivated students to join our On-site team for Spring 2027 as a Marine and Technical Engineering intern. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites, while learning how mechanical, electrical and automation systems come together in practice.

There is no prior experience required; the role focuses on learning, coordination, and contributing ideas to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Studying Marine and Technical Engineering (maskinmester), Mechanical Engineering or related technical programme.
• Interest in industrial equipment and curiosity about how mechanical, electrical and automation systems work together in practice.
• Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• No prior experience with installation or commissioning required; willingness to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Support the On-site team in daily work; tasks adapted to your skills, interests and study requirements.
• Assist in planning and preparation of installation and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, checklists and progress reports.
• Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on actions.
• Help coordinate activities across On-site, Project Management, Engineering and Service.
• Contribute feedback from installation projects to improve processes and ways of working.
