Job summary

Solvexis Consult is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a construction project in Fredericia. You will supervise electrical and instrumentation installation on site, coordinating contractors and ensuring safe, correct, on-time delivery in line with project quality requirements.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering partners, commissioning team and the client, with strong reading of drawings and QA walk-down experience. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical supervisor with proven experience on construction or industrial sites.
• Experience supervising electrical installations and coordination with contractors/subcontractors.
• Knowledge of LV installations, testing, energisation and LOTO procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and project docs.
• Experience with QA inspections, walk downs, punch lists and handover.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; safety-conscious approach.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities on site.
• Coordinate daily work of electrical contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in progress meetings with general contractor, subcontractors and client.
• Monitor progress, delays, and supply-chain challenges.
• Support contract-management: progress evaluation, change orders and impacts.
• Provide E&I support to client commissioning team.
• Inspect installation and testing of LV, DCS, BMS and related equipment.
• Ensure timely provision of drawings and documentation.
• Review schedules and report risks to project leads.
• Coordinate energisation and LOTO activities per procedures.
