Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of tiling experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of different types of tile adhesives and grouts.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, filling cracks or holes and cleaning the area.
• Cut tiles using hand or power tools to fit around fixtures or in corners.
• Lay out tiles according to design plans.
• Mix and apply adhesives for tile installation.
• Place tiles on prepared surfaces ensuring they are level and evenly spaced.
• Fill joints with grout, remove excess grout and polish tiles if needed.
• Apply sealant to protect tiled surfaces from moisture or damage.
