Job summary

CSL is hiring a field-based Medical Science Liaison for the Nordic region, ideally based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will act as a scientific expert and key medical interface with healthcare professionals, KOLs, researchers, and other stakeholders.

The role involves about 80% customer-facing activity, cross-functional collaboration, and support for medical strategy, evidence generation, and advisory boards across the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• MD or MSc in Life Sciences/Pharmacy, with PhD or equivalent.
• Fluency in Danish and English; Nordic language skills a plus.
• Experience as MSL, Medical Advisor, or related Medical Affairs role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for stakeholders and provide accurate medical information.
• Lead and support advisory boards, scientific meetings, and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical Development.
