Den Gamle Bagergaard in Maribo is seeking a baker to join a small family-run bakery. You can apply without formal qualifications if you have practical experience; Danish or understandable English is required, and work rights in Denmark must be in place.

The team includes three bakers and a pastry chef, with night and Sunday shifts and accommodation support offered. Hours start early, with a plan for 01:30 on Mondays and 05:00 Tuesday to Thursday, plus every other weekend.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification required if you have practical bakery experience.
• Must communicate in Danish or understandable English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily production at the bakery.
• Bake bread, Danish pastries and other baked goods during nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with a small production team and take responsibility for your work.
