Job summary

Travel Operations A/S in Copenhagen, Aalborg, Halmstad or Brisbane is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our Professional Services Department. You will manage customer relationships as a trusted advisor and lead BC/NAV implementation projects for clients across the globe.

Based in an international environment, you will travel occasionally, collaborate with our Product Department, and provide ongoing post-Go Live support to maximize solution value.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Experience participating in or leading Business Central/NAV implementation projects, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience within the travel industry is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills with professional English proficiency.
• Enjoys working in an international environment and is open to occasional travel.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey

• Lead and contribute to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and TravelOperations implementation projects for customers across the globe

• Take ownership of and drive various workstreams during those implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction

• Provide ongoing support, consultancy, and continuous improvement recommendations to customers after Go Live, helping them maximize the value of their solutions

• Collaborate with our Product Department by sharing customer insights, feedback, and functional expertise to support the continued development of our solutions
