Job summary

GE Healthcare Danmark A/S in Herlev, Denmark seeks a talented technical writer to join the medical devices team. You will gather inputs from project managers, R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs to produce clear, accurate documentation that supports internal and external stakeholders.

You will create and update manuals, instructions for use, and product data sheets; support translation/localization; ensure compliance with standards; and collaborate across functions and geographies to elevate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer or documentation specialist (medical device experience preferred)
• Education in technical writing, technical communication, engineering, linguistics, or related field is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers, R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs to gather input and produce clear, accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Create, update, review, and release technical documentation (user manuals, instructions for use, product data sheets) per established processes
• Support translation and localization by preparing source content and coordinating reviews
• Coordinate day-to-day documentation tasks and provide regular status updates
• Follow corporate documentation standards, templates and style guidelines for consistency
• Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining documentation templates and reusable content
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality and efficiency and share best practices with the team
• Apply regulations, policies, and internal procedures in collaboration with regulatory and quality teams
