Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Mechanical QA Document Controller for a 12-month contract in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role focuses on ensuring quality documentation across mechanical flushing activities.

You will review and control project documents, apply Good Documentation Practices, and collaborate with engineers and field teams to resolve discrepancies, ensuring alignment with GDP standards and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in engineering or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to review documentation from a QA perspective.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on flushing documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Manage, maintain, and control project documentation throughout the document lifecycle.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and records associated with mechanical flushing activities.
• Verify consistency between flushing documentation and associated P&IDs.
• Work closely with engineers, field teams, and project stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to review documentation from a Quality Assurance (QA) perspective.
• Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
