Job summary

GUT, a Globant business unit, seeks a Junior Marketing Project Manager in Copenhagen to support the project management team and help bring great ideas to life for clients in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will work closely with a Senior Project Manager, track project items, maintain timelines, and ensure quality deliverables. The role offers hybrid onsite work in Copenhagen with a 3-day on-site requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in a digital agency or digital marketing team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join the Copenhagen project management team and report to the team lead.
• Work closely with a Senior Project Manager to support projects from kick-off to final delivery.
• Track open project items, keep status reports and timelines up to date, and communicate next steps to all project stakeholders.
• Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy, and keep documentation up to date throughout the project.
• Manage the review and approval process in our clients' review platform (Veeva Vault), ensuring materials move smoothly through each stage.
• Prepare (and eventually lead) client and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with the team to keep deliverables on strategy, on time, and on budget.
• Help us build digital products people love; bringing businesses and consumers together through AI and creativity to drive digital transformation that makes a real impact.

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Project Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. In this role, you'll support our project management team in enabling our clients to bring great ideas to life while learning how to run projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience with project management in a digital agency or digital marketing team is preferred. Healthcare/pharma experience is a plus, but not required.
• A drive to grow professionally: You're eager to learn, take on more responsibility, and build leadership skills over time.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural "planner" and "do-er" with a track record of managing projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Energized by working in a strategic, creative, and collaborative environment alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Curious about GUT Copenhagen's approach to digital strategy and insights, and motivated to bring that understanding to clients through great project execution

This job can be filled onsite in Copenhagen and is Hybrid (The position is on-site 3 days a week).
