Saxo Bank is seeking a Market Data & Exchange Relations professional to own relationships with market data vendors and exchanges and to help ensure licensing compliance across trading platforms and internal systems.

You will engage with international teams, negotiate contracts, monitor usage and reporting obligations, and provide licensing expertise to projects while developing broad knowledge of the financial markets value chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, market data or a related environment.
• Interest in financial markets and how data supports trading and investments.
• Ability to work with contracts, data, processes and multiple stakeholders.
• Structured, reliable approach and effective communication with both specialists and non-specialists.
• Proficiency with Excel, datasets and presentation tools; quick to learn new systems.

• Managing and maintaining relationships with market data vendors and exchanges, including licensing requirements and usage rights.
• Negotiating, reviewing and maintaining market data licensing and vendor agreements, including commercial terms and redistribution rights.
• Acting as a point of contact for exchanges, vendors and external partners.
• Working with internal teams on billing, budgeting and reporting.
• Monitoring and analysing market data usage, entitlements and reporting obligations.
• Supporting appropriate and compliant use of licensed market data across the organisation.
• Providing market data licensing expertise to internal projects and initiatives.

You will collaborate with exchanges, market data providers and colleagues across Saxo, helping ensure that the data supporting our trading platforms and internal systems is managed effectively.The Market Data & Exchange Relations team manages licensing and relationships with the external vendors and exchanges that provide market data to Saxo's trading platforms and internal systems.Depending on your experience, you may bring established market data expertise to the team or relevant experience from another part of the financial sector and an interest in developing further within market data and exchange relations.You will gain broad exposure to the financial markets value chain and work across multiple asset classes, including equities, futures, options and bonds.The position involves collaboration across Saxo's international organisation, including commercial, operational, technology, finance and other specialist teams.
