Maersk is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the Fleet Digital Infrastructure & Connectivity Enablement team. You will drive the delivery of onboard connectivity infrastructure, IoT devices, data acquisition, and remote monitoring solutions across a global fleet, collaborating with vessel owners, vendors, and operations teams.

You will translate business needs into technical scopes, manage complex programs, and influence the roadmap for future vessel digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Structured, delivery-focused professional with ability to navigate complex tech environments
• Experience managing technical projects, programs, or product implementations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of electrical/automation/telecom or vessel systems
• Experience from maritime, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or technology environments preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate vessel technology implementation projects from initiation through deployment
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate activities across vessel owners, technical managers, vendors, shipyards, and internal stakeholders
• Translate operational and business requirements into clear technical scopes and implementation plans
• Capture lessons learned and best practices for future deployments
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap for vessel digital infrastructure and connectivity enablement
