Qualifications

• Experience in product management or service development in Marine or heavy industry.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable service offerings.
• Strong understanding of hull performance, anti-fouling or vessel efficiency.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused with commercial mindset and sustainability focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and, in some cases, develop the Marine service portfolio for hull performance, including value propositions, service content, pricing, and performance targets
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and regulatory developments into new service opportunities with a clear roadmap
• Lead cross-functional development and implementation of new services with R&D, Digital Service Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external partners
• Create customer value through improved vessel performance, biofouling, hull condition, vessel efficiency, and sustainability
• Manage the service portfolio across its lifecycle, ensuring relevance, competitiveness, and scalability
