Job summary

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S (CIP) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for its GFP&A team in Copenhagen. You will build, develop, and operate complex financial models for CIP Holding's investments, funds, and financing structures, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

The role requires 5–7 years in FP&A or related fields, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and strong communication to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant FP&A/ corporate finance/ private equity/ infrastructure investing / investment banking / consulting experience.
• Experience building, developing, and operating complex financial models.
• Experience supporting senior management with strategic decision-making through thorough analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models covering CIP Holding's investments, CIP-managed funds, external investments, and financing structures.
• Support CFO and senior management with analysis and decision-making material.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of investments and financial structures to assess risks, opportunities, and portfolio impacts under different scenarios.
• Lead the scoping of work, prioritization of initiatives, and coordination of stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Take ownership of FP&A processes, translating business needs into structured priorities and actionable plans.
• Prepare high-quality financial analyses, presentations, and recommendations for management, communicating complex financial topics clearly.
• Collaborate across CIP and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
