AlSaree AutoTechnics in Odense, Denmark is seeking a machine operator trainee to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting. You will learn to operate various machines, perform setup, and assist with routine maintenance under supervision.

You will contribute to quality control, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and develop practical machining skills while supporting production workflows.

Qualifications

• Must be a student with strong interest in manufacturing or engineering.
• Previous experience or coursework related to machine operation preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced operators.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of various machines including lathes, grinders, drills and saws.
• Learn how to set up machines according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning and lubricating parts).
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
• Monitor machine output and adjust to ensure quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

Compensation
