Job summary

Workato is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement ML algorithms and models. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions and develop predictive models to support business decisions.

The role involves data cleaning, feature engineering and presenting insights to stakeholders, with focus on performance, scalability and independence in execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Math or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ML techniques such as regression, classification, clustering.
• Proficiency in Python or R; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
