Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Logistics Co-worker for the Picking team in Denmark. The role involves fast-paced pick and pack tasks, manual handling, and ensuring accurate, intact products are prepared for customers. You will mostly work independently with supportive colleagues nearby.

The position is part-time (approx. 32 hours/week) with morning and evening shifts, including every second weekend. We offer extensive staff benefits and a pathway for growth within IKEA.

Qualifications

• Speak English.
• Be in good physical shape and able to perform manual labor.
• Able to prioritize and organize work for efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with good overview abilities.
• Self-discipline and comfortable with routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders from store and warehouse, including click & collect.
• Handle several tons of goods daily and ensure correct items are packed quickly and without damage.
• Collaborate with colleagues from logistics, Customer Relations and Sales; work independently with support nearby.
