Job summary

BlueDynamics is seeking a Loader Operator in Randers to operate and maintain heavy machinery for loading and unloading materials on-site. You will perform routine maintenance, ensure safe operation, and transport materials within the site while adhering to safety regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior loader or heavy machinery experience is preferred, and physical fitness for lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness are essential.
• Must be physically fit to perform job duties including lifting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles.
• Transport materials to designated areas within the site.
• Inspect equipment before each use and report any issues to supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on loader such as checking fluid levels and replacing filters.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures at all times.
